Services and Rates
Initial consultations are free. Generally, only "good" cases
are undertaken which makes the flat rate fee structure cost effective
and keeps the firm's reputation intact. This office generally charges
a flat rate for the below referenced services (regardless of work
involved) and these rates are, generally, as stated. Governmental filing fees are not included in rates, but typically range from $100 to $400 dollars. A written contract
is always made before any formal representation is undertaken. All
other work is billed at an hourly rate or other rate as per contract.
